Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data this website processes, why, and which rights you have. We collect as little as possible.

01Who is responsible
The controller responsible for this website is Stanley Kunz Pazer, trading as Kunz Global and Kunz Systems, Kiyú / Libertad, 80100 San José, Uruguay. Full details are listed in the legal notice. For privacy questions, write to contact@kunzsystems.com.
02Visiting the website
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data that your browser sends automatically — IP address, time, requested page, browser type — to deliver the site and keep it secure. This data is kept in server logs for a limited time and is not combined with other data by us.
Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain. We do not embed third-party trackers, advertising networks or social media plugins.
03Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies for analytics or marketing. If we introduce audience measurement later, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookieless method or ask for your consent first, and update this policy.
04Project inquiries
When you submit the project form, we process the information you enter: what you want to build, your description of the problem, the investment range, your name, company, work email, website and country, plus the page language. We use it only to review and answer your inquiry and to prepare a possible project.
Inquiries are stored in our internal sales system and may be enriched with publicly available business information about your company, such as its website and industry. We do not make automated decisions with legal effect, and high-value communication is reviewed by a person.
To protect the form against abuse, we briefly process your IP address for rate limiting. It is not stored with your inquiry.
05Service providers
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Email and the processing of project inquiries run on Google Workspace (Google LLC, USA, and Google Ireland Ltd.). Inquiries may also be transferred to our own internal sales system. These providers process data on our behalf and only as instructed. Some are located outside your country; where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
06Storage period
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete it afterwards unless legal retention duties apply. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
07Your rights
Depending on your location — including under Uruguayan Law 18.331 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation — you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, write to the contact address in the legal notice.
